They Make Even Builder's Grade Look Good
It doesn't matter what you have (builder's grade) as long as it is clean. Well, it is. I have used Anderson Carpet Cleaning for years and my cheap old carpet looks GREAT! They have even gotten out Coffee and Tea and Spaghetti and the mystery stain. I always get the stain protectant because it never fails after the cleaning comes the accident and the stain protectant does just that, it protects. Every spring cleaning time, I call Anderson and they take care of me whenever I want. They are a local family business, they do a great job, always, and they will continue to get my business.

We had Anderson Carpet Cleaning come out to clean our downstairs carpets a couple months ago. With two large dogs in the house, we had stains that we figured were permanent, as we could never get them out with our Bissell.
Taylor was very friendly and did a great job. We were shocked at how wonderful the carpet looked when they were done... all the stains were gone! We were so pleased, both with the workmanship and the reasonable cost, that we've scheduled them to come back out to do the entire house next month when we move.

I had a number of stains from my cat getting sick that my bissell steam cleaner wasn't able to get out. As a result, I wasn't optimistic they would be able to get the stains out.

Steve does a great job cleaning our carpets. He's always courteous and professional. He's been cleaning our carpets for almost 10 years now. I can't say enough good things about this carpet cleaning service. He showed up exactly when he said he would be here and our carpet turned out beautiful. Steve is a perfectionist because he was just about packed up and ready to leave when he noticed a small spot he had somehow missed and brought everything back in to clean it. I was very impressed!! I will definitely call him again when my carpets need cleaning.

We were under the gun to get the carpets cleaned on a lease house we were leaving in Sammamish. The time line was the issue. Anderson carpets came through for us and did a great job in a very timely manner. Thanks Steve. BTW Anderson carpets came in about 30% cheaper then the next bid but because I plan on using them in the future...........don't tell them. LOL.
Editor's note: Thanks for the review. Not to worry, I'm well aware that my prices are significantly cheaper (often 3x cheaper) than many other companies such as D.A. Burns, Coit, Emmanuals, various Dry Chem operations, etc. even though I use the same class and type of equipment (except Chem Dry, of course) and have anything in my van they have, if not more. Nevertheless, I keep my prices competetive because I want customers to feel comfortable when we are at their homes and call us back.

My carpets were cleaned by Anderson Carpet Cleaning about a month ago and with a quick vacuum they still look spotless!! I was doing them myself with a home machine and by now I would have had to do them again. I have also had other companies clean them for me and for the same price they just use the same machine I have and they don't do much better. Steven Anderson went out to the truck a number of times to get the specific cleaner for what was on my carpet until the stain was gone and then was able to inform me what he thought the stains may be so I could prevent them in the future. I am still very happy with the service he provided. He was on time, very thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future! What do you do when you have rented to people who let their dogs turn the home into a dog bed and the carpet is so dirty and the dog smell so bad? You have 2 choices. It's either new carpet, or call Anderson Carpet Cleaning. I was so pleased and I could not believe my eyes.
They have cleaned my home and my clients home. This time I really put them to the test. A+. That being said, they are fast to return calls and quick to schedule, even if you need it done at 7am. As a realtor, I am glad they are on my list to call. I know I can count on them for quality results for a good price.

Steve Anderson is a great guy! He showed up on time and ready to work. He really knows what he is doing. Our pet stained carpet looks and smells clean. I feel like I got a great deal! I paid only a few dollars more than if I'd rented a steam cleaner I didn't know how to use and bought a "cleaning liquid" I kew nothing about. The price was provided over the phone during appointment setting and was exactly what I was charged. Steve, the owner, was on time and moved quickly - but thoroughly - through the house. He kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent service, and yes, I'd hire him again.
He steam cleaned the entire house carpeting including extracting dirt and contaminent buildup due to pest infestation (bad air from crawl space issue) and upholstery cleaning of all living and family room furniture.
